How Qentroxa Came to Be
Qentroxa started from a straightforward frustration: most hardware repair services either didn't explain what they were doing, or replaced components speculatively without running proper diagnostics first. Clients would get their device back "fixed," only to have the same problem return weeks later because the root cause was never identified.
The service grew out of informal repair work and a conviction that hardware diagnostics should be methodical, transparent, and communicated clearly to the person whose machine it is. That approach hasn't changed as the team has grown.
We're based in La Iglesuela del Tiétar, Toledo, and work with clients across the Castilla-La Mancha region and beyond. Being independent means we're not tied to any manufacturer's service programmes, which gives us more flexibility in how we approach repairs.
